Part self-help book, part psychology primer, '100 Ways to Happiness' features 100 pieces of advice on what will and will not lead to a life of contentment. A distillation of the latest research into happiness, this is a guide to the tools and strategies most likely to make you happy. '100 Ways to Happiness' is highly interactive. The reader is able to calculate their 'happiness quotient' based on the positive and negative figures prominently displayed alongside each heading, such as: "Keeping a Diary +5 Points, Celebrity Worship -2 Points, Curiosity +1 Point, Too Much Choice -5 Points...". There is also a 'happiness questionnaire', which monitors current happiness levels and helps to chart changes. Boxed information throughout contains statistics, extra information and other self-assessments. Informative, factual, accessible, and scientifically rigorous, '100 Ways to Happiness' gives the best available advice across a range of situations and activities that are relevant to our happiness.
