This CD-ROM combines an encyclopaedia, an analytical tool and a source of electronic circuit design data. 1,000 circuits and advice notes can be searched and interogated. Circuit diagrams are presented in standardized form and an Action icon allows them to be analyzed and user's own notes added.

"Newnes Inetractive Electronic Circuits" is an expert adviser, an encyclopaedia, an analytical tool and a source of real design data, all in one CD-ROM. The simple Web-browser environment is designed to allow you to find circuit or advice notes of your choice quickly and easily using the search facility. The circuit diagrams are presented in a standardized form, and you are given the option to analyse and "run" many of them using the simulationm program "Spicycle for Windows". Version 2 is fully compatible with the latest versions of Windos and runs easily on any PC with a web browser loeaded. The CD-ROM includes a free copy of MS Internet Explorer v.5 and a fully-functional limited feature version of Spicycle.
