WILHELMSEN, PHD, is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Idaho, Idaho Falls. She has been the director of the Industrial Technology BS, and Technology Management degree programs. She has also taught for APUS/AMU and consulted with NASA Ames in the area of aviation inspection.
